SECTION 5 — ORDERS AND ACCURACY OF BILLING

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

SECTION 6 — AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS

If you purchase any ongoing subscription program, you will automatically be charged on a monthly basis, with each recurring charge occurring every 30 days on the same calendar date as your initial purchase.

Your subscription will continue until you cancel. If you do not cancel your subscription at least 24 hours prior to your next scheduled billing date, your subscription will automatically renew for another period and payment will be automatically processed. To cancel, you must log in and cancel the subscription through your customer portal or contact our support team at help@tryascendant.store before your scheduled billing date.

SECTION 7 — SHIPMENTS, TITLE AND RISK OF LOSS

We will arrange for shipment of the products to you in accordance with our Shipping Policy. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Title and risk of loss pass completely to you upon our transfer of the products to the shipping carrier. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use only, and not for commercial resale or export.

We may provide you with access to optional third-party tools or links to external websites over which we neither monitor nor have any control. SECTION 13 — DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND BINDING ARBITRATION

Please read this section carefully as it affects your legal rights. You agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to your use of this website, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, or any products purchased from Ascendant shall be resolved through final, confidential, and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

Arbitration utilizes a neutral arbitrator instead of a judge or jury, and you expressly waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of your initial purchase date by sending a physical letter stating your intent and order details to our corporate address.

All matters arising out of or relating to these Terms, your access to the Services, or purchases made through the store shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
