At Ascendant, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. Please review our complete guidelines regarding returns, eligibility, and refunds below.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Refund or return requests submitted outside of this 30-day guarantee period are not eligible and will not be approved.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at help@tryascendant.store. If your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, and original shipping or handling fees are non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Restocking Fees

Please be advised that a restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from your total refund amount for all eligible returns. This fee covers the essential costs of processing, sanitizing, and handling returned healthcare products to maintain our strict quality standards.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to strict health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we absolutely cannot accept returns for bottles where the safety seal has been broken or tampered with. Additionally, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on subscription renewals, sale items, or gift cards.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Contact our support team right away so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is officially accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Subscriptions & Recurring Charges

For customers on an active subscription plan, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to manage, modify, or cancel the subscription prior to renewal. Subscription renewals or recurring charges processed after the initial window are not eligible for refunds.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid recurring charges by accessing your customer portal or by contacting our support team at help@tryascendant.store. All cancellations will become effective on the last day of the current billing cycle.

Refund Processing Time

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned package, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return,
